Job summary

Elemental Enzymes is seeking a CMO Partnership Manager to manage relationships with CMOs, coordinate production scheduling, and ensure effective communication between EE and external partners in a fast-paced, startup-like environment.

The role emphasizes onboarding CMOs, NDA execution, NetSuite and Box documentation, and driving timely production with travel up to 10%. Located in St. Louis, MO, this full-time position requires initiative and strong organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 2+ years of relevant experience or High School Diploma with 5+ years of experience.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Experience with ERP systems, preferably NetSuite, is preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Lists.
• Flexible in job function and strong teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the SPoC for assigned CMOs, owning day-to-day communication and relationship management.
• Plan and facilitate meetings between CMO personnel and EE staff, including scheduling, agendas, and follow-up.
• Triage inbound CMO questions and direct inquiries to EE SMEs.
• Lead onboarding of new CMOs, NDAs, vendor setup in NetSuite, and readiness/selection flow.
• Coordinate site visits, audits, and related travel.
• Lead securing and maintaining production slots at CMOs according to demand forecast.
• Coordinate CMO project management with internal stakeholders to meet timelines and deliverables.
• Communicate EE demand forecasts and schedule changes to CMOs.
• Act as information conduit between CMO and internal teams on timelines and run status.
