Job summary

Jobot seeks a seasoned Chief Medical Officer to lead medical services within a mission-driven health organization in Ohio. You will drive strategic direction, shape medical policies, and promote clinical excellence across locations.

You will influence quality outcomes, strengthen residency partnerships, and guide the expansion of integrated service lines including behavioral health and public health initiatives.

Qualifications

• MD or DO with board certification in Family Medicine or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of healthcare leadership experience.
• Strong knowledge of healthcare systems, regulations, and procedures.
• Proven ability to lead clinical programs and improve patient outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and implementation of clinical programs aligned with strategic plan.
• Maintain highest standards of patient care and regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with executive leadership to improve outcomes and efficiency.
• Recruit, develop, and manage medical staff; foster continuous learning.
• Provide medical oversight and leadership to ensure quality care delivery.
• Represent organization to clinical staff, medical community, and public.
