Qualifications

• MD/DO with medical licensure in Indiana or eligibility.
• Board certification in a primary care or relevant specialty preferred.
• Experience in FQHC or HRSA-related health systems preferred.

Responsabilités

• Provide executive physician leadership for ambulatory clinical operations and HRSA-approved scope.
• Lead and develop chief physician executives, medical directors, physicians, and APPs.
• Oversee onboarding, mentoring, and performance processes with HR and operations.
• Drive population health and value-based care strategies using quality data.
• Ensure telehealth strategy integration and care delivery redesign.
• Collaborate across departments to improve referrals, transitions, and access to care.
