Job summary

Mentor Technical Group in Puerto Rico is seeking a maintenance professional to oversee CMMS operations and support facilities, maintenance, and engineering.

You will enter and calibrate maintenance data, assist in work orders, and help develop checklists. Must have an associate degree in a technical field, CMMS experience (Maximo), and exposure to GMP/EHS.

This role also involves training others and generating system-user reports to drive maintenance performance.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in a technical field (AD) required.
• Exposure to GMP/EHS regulatory environment.
• 3–5 years’ experience in maintenance with CMMS.
• CMMS-Maximo familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the CMMS to ensure continued operation.
• Provide support to the facilities, maintenance, and engineering departments.
• Enter equipment data and preventive/predictive maintenance into the CMMS.
• Assist in entering work order information into the maintenance system.
• Assist in developing, creating, and updating preventive maintenance and calibration checklists.
• Administratively assist and provide training to maintenance departments and users.
• Develop maintenance reports and metrics for system users.
• Provide technical and administrative support to the spare parts area.
• Participate in training other people.

Essential Functions

• Oversight the computerized maintenance management system (CMMS) to ensure its continued operation.
• Provide support to the facilities, maintenance, and engineering departments.
• Entering equipment and preventive and predictive maintenance data into the CMMS system.
• Assisting in the process of entering work order information into the maintenance system, if necessary.
• Assisting in the development, creation, and updating of preventive maintenance and calibration checklists.
• Administratively assisting and providing training to maintenance departments and users
• Developing maintenance reports and metrics according to the needs of system users.
• Technically and administratively supporting the “spare parts” area.
• Participating in the process of training other people.

Qualifications Requirements/Knowledge/Education/Skills:

• AD in Technical Field Computer Proficiency
• Exposure in Regulatory Environment (GMP/EHS)
• 3-5 years’ experience in Maintenance Environment - CMMS
• CMMS-Maximo
