Job summary
Corning Inc. is seeking a CMMS Integration Manager to lead the configuration, governance, deployment, and continuous improvement of CMMS across multiple manufacturing sites.
This role partners with plant maintenance, reliability, operations, engineering, IT, and leadership teams to understand site requirements and deploy scalable CMMS configurations that support maintenance excellence and operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Experience designing and maintaining CMMS configurations.
- Ability to define CMMS governance, data quality, and naming conventions.
- Experience with CMMS integrations to ERP, MES or IoT systems.
Responsibilities
- Gather and document business requirements to design standardized CMMS configurations.
- Define system architecture, asset hierarchies, preventive maintenance structures, workflows, and reporting standards.
- Lead CMMS implementation for new plants and equipment additions, including testing and user training.
- Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for CMMS-related issues.
- Evaluate and implement new CMMS functionality and upgrades.
- Monitor performance, data integrity, and user compliance to drive improvements.
- Collaborate with IT and automation teams to manage integrations with ERP, MES, SCADA, and IoT platforms.
