That’s why we need an experienced quality assurance analyst who knows how to thoroughly test software and ensure our team releases the best system possible.
As a quality assurance expert, you will play a key role in Booz Allen’s internal Capability Maturity Model Integration (CMMI) program, partnering with project teams, quality leads, and organizational stakeholders to mature and sustain high‑quality processes and standards across the enterprise.
This seasoned professional with high‑maturity application experience will focus on appraisals, process governance, metrics analysis, and continuous improvement. The ideal candidate brings strong analytical capability, demonstrated process‑engineering experience, and a solid understanding of CMMI model practices at Maturity Levels 4 and 5.
This position contributes directly to organizational performance improvement through process optimization, metrics analysis, governance oversight, and appraisal readiness activities.

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract‑specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $77,600.00 to $176,000.00 (annualized USD). This posting will close within 90 days from the posting date.
