When a user tries a new system, they expect it to be intuitive and run smoothly. Functionality, reliability, and user experience are key to successful information systems, and that means rigorous testing. That’s why we need you, a quality assurance analyst who’s eager to help thoroughly test software and ensure that our team releases the best systems possible.
As a quality assurance analyst, you’ll oversee testing in a fast-paced environment, including working with multiple project teams, platforms, architectures, and diverse technologies. You’ll work independently and with team members in an agile environment under the direction and supervision of senior technical lead.
You’ll generate problem resolutions and track quality assurance standards to observe how the system performs, then document the results and communicate system flaws to the development team so they can start improving the tool. You’ll expand upon your experience in various types of testing, including testing and documenting services developed in Python and deployed with Lambda functions, as well as .NET applications.
You will develop unit and integration test procedures, update and create new automation test scripts based on change requests and defects and execute test scripts to ensure the application is fully compliant with specifications. Additionally, you will perform functional or system tests, integration tests, regression tests, and performance tests, and update SOPs and design documentation.
