The role emphasizes coordinating across distributed teams, executive reporting, RAID and change control, and audit readiness for CMMC-related delivery, with significant impact on enterprise IT operations.

Qualifications

• Proven program, project, or PMO leadership in complex IT environments.
• Experience managing senior stakeholders and executive reporting.
• Hands-on RAID, change control, dependencies and cross-team delivery.
• Experience preparing for audits, compliance reviews, or certification activities.
• Proficiency with delivery and reporting tools (Smartsheet, MS Project, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint, ServiceNow).

Responsibilities

• Provide US-based program leadership and PMO oversight for CMMC-related delivery.
• Drive governance routines including RAID management, dependencies, change control, delivery assurance, and executive updates.
• Lead audit and certification readiness activities and documentation quality controls.
• Manage resource planning and capacity forecasting across project, BAU, incident, change, and service requests.
• Maintain stakeholder communication through governance packs and status reporting.
