We are working with an established calibration and measurement services provider seeking a CMM Technician for its Denver laboratory.
Operate, set up and program Coordinate Measuring Machines
Use 3D vision systems, single-axis measuring equipment and hand tools
Inspect components against blueprints, dimensions and tolerances
Interpret GD&T symbols and identify measurement discrepancies
Establish efficient part setups, alignments, datums and origins
Accurately record and report inspection results
Experience operating or programming CMM equipment
Understanding of X, Y and Z axes, vectors and coordinate systems
Knowledge of 3-2-1 alignments, datums, offset planes and translated origins
Ability to read engineering drawings and interpret GD&T
Associate degree or technical qualification with at least one year of relevant experience
Equivalent hands-on training and experience will also be considered
Comfortable working within a laboratory environment and performing the physical duties of the role
$30.00-$38.00 per hour
