Job summary

Accurate Marking & Manufacturing (AM&M) seeks a CMM Quality Inspection Supervisor to lead a skilled inspection team in New Kensington, PA. You will program manual and CNC CMMs, translate blueprints, and drive AS9102 first-article and in-process inspections with ISO/AS9100 adherence.

You will mentor staff, ensure tight tolerances, and capture nonconformances for robust corrective actions in a fast-paced, quality-focused environment.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years in manufacturing inspection with both manual and CNC CMM experience.
• Fluency in blueprint reading and GD&T; strong attention to detail for tight tolerances.
• Proficiency with metrology software (e.g., PC-DMIS) and quality systems.

Responsibilities

• Direct, mentor, and schedule an inspection crew; set quality practice standards.
• Run and program manual and CNC CMMs for dimensional checks and complex geometries.
• Translate drawings and specs into actionable inspection plans.
• Execute first-article inspections (AS9102), in-process verifications, and audits.
• Capture nonconformances and drive robust corrective actions with production.
