Innova Solutions is hiring a Manufacturing Technician in Wilmington, MA for a 12-month contract (to hire). The role focuses on programming and operating a Zeiss Contura G2 CMM, validating inspection routines, and ensuring first article and in-process dimensional checks are met onsite on the first shift.

Ideal candidates have a HS diploma (or associate degree) with extensive CMM experience, GD&T proficiency, and strong attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of engineering drawings and GD&T.
• Experience programming and operating a Zeiss CMM using ZEISS CALYPSO.
• Proficiency with standard mechanical inspection tools including calipers and micrometers.

Responsabilités

• Program, validate, troubleshoot, and optimize ZEISS CALYPSO inspection routines for the Zeiss Contura G2 CMM.
• Interpret drawings, GD&T, and specifications to determine inspection requirements.
• Document inspection results and collaborate with Quality/Manufacturing/Engineering to resolve issues.
