Job summary

Electrolux Group is seeking a detail-oriented CMM Programmer and Quality Technician for the Kinston, NC facility. You will inspect incoming raw materials and in-process components, program and maintain CMMs, and drive continuous improvement in quality.

Qualifications include 4+ years with CMM equipment, the ability to read engineering drawings and GD&T, and strong measurement skills. This role is based in a manufacturing environment at the Kinston Dishwasher Plant.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience operating CMM in a manufacturing or quality setting.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
• Experience with precision measuring instruments and inspection techniques.
• Strong GD&T knowledge.
• High school Diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Operate CMMs to inspect machined, fabricated, and assembled components.
• Develop, modify, and optimize CMM programs from drawings and CAD models.
• Maintain accurate quality records and inspection documentation.
• Act as metallurgy SME, leading material characterization and failure analysis.
• Interpret drawings, blueprints, specifications, and GD&T.
• Analyze inspection results and generate reports on compliance or nonconformance.
• Verify dimensional accuracy with CMMs, calipers, micrometers, height gauges, and indicators.
