Qualifications

• Three years in quality inspection, with at least 1 year of CMM operation and programming.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings with GD&T.
• Strong math skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work with others and independently.

Responsibilities

• Program and operate multiple CMMs using Zeiss Calypso and Hexagon PCDMIS.
• Analyze blueprints and data to determine inspection methods and measuring instruments.
• Revise CMM programs for efficiency and re-test corrections.
• Monitor CMM operations to ensure conformance to specs and adjust as needed.
• Record dimensions and compare results to specifications.
• Conduct first article, in-process, and final inspections using CMM and hand tools.
