Job summary

Morales Group Staffing partners with a precision manufacturer in Paris, IL to hire a CMM Programmer / Quality Specialist for first shift. You will program, set up, and run CMM inspections, read drawings, apply GD&T, and drive quality improvements on the shop floor.

This direct hire role offers $30–$35/hour DOE, with opportunities for advancement into quality leadership as you collaborate across Operations, Engineering, and Leadership to ensure products meet the highest standards.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience programming and operating CMM equipment.
• Strong manufacturing quality and dimensional inspection background.
• Ability to read engineering drawings, blueprints, and specs.
• Proficiency with GD&T principles.

Responsibilities

• Develop, modify, troubleshoot, and maintain CMM inspection programs
• Set up and perform CMM inspections of manufactured components
• Conduct in-process and final inspections to verify requirements
• Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, specifications
• Apply GD&T principles to evaluate components
• Document inspection results and maintain quality records
• Collaborate with Operations, Engineering, and Leadership to ensure quality
• Support calibration activities for inspection equipment
