Job summary

Marquee Staffing seeks an experienced CMM Operator/Programmer for Poway, CA to support quality inspection and make precise measurements on aerospace-grade components. You will develop and execute CMM programs, perform first-piece and in-process inspections, and work with production and engineering to resolve issues.

Required 3+ years operating CMMs and 1+ year programming, strong GD&T knowledge, and experience with CAD models.

Qualifications

• 3+ years CMM operating experience and 1+ year CMM programming experience.
• Strong blueprint reading and GD&T knowledge.
• Experience with precision inspection equipment.

Responsibilities

• Program, operate, validate, and troubleshoot CMM equipment.
• Perform first-piece, in-process, and final inspections.
• Inspect parts using CMMs, micrometers, calipers, gauges, and comparators.
• Read and interpret blueprints, GD&T, specifications, and CAD models.
• Prepare inspection, first-article, and customer reports.
• Perform incoming material and final inspections.
• Support PPAP requirements, audits, and corrective actions.
• Troubleshoot measurement and quality issues and assist with root-cause analysis.
• Enter inspection and production data into ERP and other systems.
• Follow applicable quality, safety, and AS9100 procedures.

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM

Pay: $30–$45/hour, depending on experience
