Job Juncture seeks an experienced CMM Programmer / Inspector for a manufacturing client in Barkhamsted, CT. The role focuses on dimensional inspection of machined components and accurate inspection documentation.

The ideal candidate brings 3–5 years of CMM experience and proficiency with PC-DMIS and CATIA, along with strong attention to detail and teamwork across production, engineering, and quality groups.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of CMM experience including programming and inspection.
• Proficiency with PC-DMIS and CATIA.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and dimensional requirements.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Program and operate coordinate measuring machines (CMMs) to inspect machined components.
• Verify part geometry and dimensions against engineering drawings and specifications.
• Ensure inspection documentation and design controls are appropriate and accurate.
• Complete first article inspection reports in accordance with AS9102 requirements.
• Document inspection results and communicate discrepancies to the appropriate teams.
• Work with production, engineering, and quality personnel to resolve inspection issues.
