Job summary

M&M Industries, a U.S.-based manufacturer of plastic pails and packaging solutions, seeks a CMM Operator / Programmer to inspect finished goods and support development activities. The role emphasizes precision, data documentation, and adherence to quality standards.

You will program, setup, and operate CMM equipment, troubleshoot programs, and document results while applying GD&T, Calypso and MCOSMOS knowledge to ensure conformance to drawings and specifications.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Three to five years of QA/QC experience using a CMM.
• CQE or CQT certification preferred but not required.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Program, setup, calibrate, and operate the CMM.
• Troubleshoot CMM programs, probes, and fixtures.
• Maintain CMM equipment and accessories.
• Optimize existing CMM programs for efficiency.
• Interpret GD&T and verify dimensions with precision instruments.
• Document inspection results and dispositions of nonconforming material.
