Job summary
US Conec, Ltd. is seeking a skilled CMM Programmer to support precision manufacturing through advanced dimensional inspection, metrology, and quality assurance activities.
You will develop and maintain CMM programs, validate product conformance to engineering specifications, and collaborate with Quality, Manufacturing Engineering, and Production teams to drive product quality and continuous improvement. Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in CMM programming and dimensional inspection in manufacturing.
- Proficient with PC-DMIS, Calypso, PCMIS or equivalent CMM programming software.
- Strong knowledge of GD&T and blueprint interpretation.
Responsibilities
- Develop, modify, validate, and troubleshoot CMM programs using metrology software.
- Interpret drawings, CAD models, and GD&T requirements to create inspection plans.
- Perform FAI, in-process and final inspections to verify conformance.
- Analyze inspection data to identify trends and nonconformances.
- Document inspection results and communicate findings to cross-functional teams.
