Job summary

RiseMe in Elk Grove Village, IL is seeking a skilled CMM Programmer to develop, maintain, and execute CMM programs for dimensional inspection of manufactured components. Qualifications

Technical Degree or related manufacturing education.
5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
Experience programming and operating CMM equipment.
Strong knowledge of GD&T and dimensional inspection principles.
Ability to read and interpret complex engineering drawings and CAD models.

Responsibilities

Develop, write, modify, and maintain CMM programs for dimensional inspection of manufactured components.
Set up and operate Coordinate Measuring Machines and related inspection equipment.
Interpret complex engineering drawings, blueprints, specifications, and 3D CAD models.
Apply GD&T principles when developing inspection programs and evaluating components.
Analyze CMM inspection results and communicate dimensional or quality concerns to stakeholders.
