Job summary

IDEX is seeking a CMM programming specialist to develop, maintain, and improve inspection programs that ensure accurate, repeatable measurements for production and new product launches. You will own programming standards and support engineering, production, and quality teams to reduce bottlenecks.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years of CMM programming experience, strong GD&T knowledge, and proficiency with PC-DMIS or similar tools.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of CMM programming experience.
• Strong GD&T understanding and engineering drawings interpretation.
• Experience with PC-DMIS or equivalent software.
• Teamwork and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Create, validate, and maintain CMM programs for accurate inspections.
• Define inspection strategies and standard programming methods.
• Develop operator-driven inspection routines and training.
• Support first article inspections and capability studies.
• Analyze dimensional data to identify root causes.
