Job summary

IDEX Corporation in Mansfield, OH is seeking an experienced CMM Programmer to develop, maintain, and optimize measurement programs supporting production, quality, and new product launches. You will collaborate with Engineering, Production, and Quality to reduce bottlenecks and improve overall flow.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of CMM programming experience, strong GD&T knowledge, and proficiency with PC-DMIS.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Manufacturing Technology or related field.
• 3–5 years of CMM programming experience preferred.
• Strong experience with PC-DMIS or equivalent software.
• Solid understanding of GD&T and engineering drawings.
• Ability to create, validate, troubleshoot, and improve CMM programs.

Responsibilities

• Create, validate, and maintain CMM programs for inspections.
• Define programs, templates, and revision controls.
• Maintain organized CMM program library.
• Improve inspection cycle times while maintaining accuracy.
• Standardize fixturing and measurement approaches.
• Train operators to run approved CMM programs.
