Job summary

ARCH Medical Solutions is seeking a skilled CMM Programmer to develop and maintain inspection programs for complex precision parts in a medical device environment. You will interpret drawings, GD&T, and regulatory specs while partnering with Engineering, Quality, and Operations to ensure accuracy.

Requires an associate degree or equivalent and 3+ years in CAMM programming and metrology, plus PC-DMIS/Calypso/MCOSMOS experience. A collaborative, growth‑oriented team awaits.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent; relevant experience considered.
• 3+ years in CAMM programming and metrology in precision manufacturing.
• Experience with medical device manufacturing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop, validate, and maintain CMM inspection programs for complex components.
• Set up CMM equipment, fixtures, and alignments for accurate results.
• Modify programs to support production, validation, and NPI activities.
• Import CAD models to develop automated inspection strategies.
• Operate PC-DMIS, Calypso, MCOSMOS or similar software; generate reports.
