Job summary

RBW Consulting is seeking an experienced CMM Programmer to support the inspection of complex medical device components in a highly regulated manufacturing environment. You will develop and optimize CMM inspection programs, ensuring measurement accuracy and supporting quality and manufacturing teams as products move into production.

Responsibilities include creating CMM routines for tight-tolerance parts, validating programs, and collaborating with Quality Engineers to resolve inspection issues

Qualifications

• 2+ years hands-on CMM programming experience.
• Experience programming with Calypso or Hexagon software.
• Strong understanding of GD&T and dimensional inspection principles.
• Experience inspecting complex geometries and tight-tolerance components.
• Medical device or other regulated manufacturing experience preferred.
• Experience supporting additive manufacturing is a plus.
