Qualifications

• Experience operating and programming CMMs in a manufacturing setting.
• Proficiency with Zeiss CMMs and Calypso software.
• Strong GD&T, blueprint reading, and inspection techniques.
• Ability to interpret data and generate inspection reports.

Responsibilities

• Program, set up, and operate Zeiss CMM machines.
• Develop and optimize CMM inspection programs for parts.
• Perform detailed inspections to ensure tolerances.
• Interpret GD&T in inspection processes.
• Analyze measurement data and generate reports.
• Troubleshoot CMM programs and setups.
• Maintain calibration and upkeep of CMM equipment.
• Document results and calibration activities.
• Collaborate with engineering and production to resolve quality issues.
• Participate in continuous improvement of inspection processes.
