Responsibilities

• Program new CMM programs.
• Run and program CMM to inspect manufactured components.
• Modify existing CMM programs for part changes or to streamline.
• Create programs to run multiple parts at one time.
• Collaborate with engineering to design dedicated fixtures.
• Help optimize tolerances and inspection criteria.
• Record, evaluate, and report quality data.
• Train eligible team members in CMM operation.
• Identify and report quality issues and participate in corrective actions.
• Contribute to process improvements and efficiencies.
