Job summary

Idaho National Laboratory is seeking a Dimensional Inspector/CMM Programmer to join the Fabrication Quality team on a 4x10 schedule onsite at the Materials Fuel Complex. The role focuses on dimensional verification using Zeiss CMM equipment and GD&T per ASME Y14.5, with opportunities to contribute to process improvements and procedures.

The ideal candidate brings extensive experience with CMMs, Calypso, and related software, plus familiarity with CAD/CAM tools.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of precision dimensional inspection experience.
• Ability to obtain and maintain DOE L clearance.
• Proficiency in GD&T per ASME Y14.5.

Responsibilities

• Perform precision dimensional inspections using Zeiss CMM equipment and manual tools.
• Interpret and apply GD&T per ASME Y14.5 to verify drawings and tolerances.
• Review materials against specifications and document results.
