Qualifications

• 5+ years of CMM programming and inspection experience in manufacturing.
• Extensive GD&T experience and interpreting engineering drawings.
• Proficiency with PC-DMIS programming software and Hexagon CMMs.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to program multi-part fixtures and 1-touch programs.

Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize CMM programs using PC-DMIS on Hexagon CMMs.
• Program and operate CMMs to perform dimensional inspections.
• Execute prove-out and validation on first-run or revised programs.
• Translate drawings and GD&T into accurate inspection routines.
• Conduct first article, in-process, and final inspections.
• Analyze measurement data and ensure specification compliance.
• Report non-conformances and collaborate to improve inspection processes.
• Create and maintain detailed inspection reports and SOPs.
