Job summary

Butler America Aerospace, LLC. is seeking a CMM Programmer to run onsite at the Middletown, CT facility. The role involves developing CMM inspection programs for aerospace components, with hands-on work on Agility/Renishaw CMM systems, CAMEO, and PW 6400 standards.

The successful candidate will program around 15 CMM programs, perform geometry correlation for HPC rotor inspections, and operate the Agility/Renishaw equipment onsite in Middletown, CT. Must be US citizen.

Qualifications

Experience developing CMM inspection programs for aerospace components, preferably HPC rotor applications, with hands-on knowledge of Agility/Renishaw CMM systems, CAMEO, and PW 6400 programming standard.
CMM programming for HPC rotor inspection and geometry correlation.
Approx. 15 CMM programs to be written.

Responsibilities

Develop CMM inspection programs for aerospace components, preferably HPC rotor applications.
Perform geometry correlation for HPC rotor inspections.
Program approximately 15 CMM programs.
Adhere to 6400 programming standards.
Operate Agility / Renishaw Agility CMM machines.
Use CAMEO for CAD integration.
