Job summary

Kosmo Machine is a precision machine shop seeking a CMM Programmer to write and refine measurement programs using LK Camio and Polyworks. You will support in-process and final inspections in a fast-paced environment with a strong quality focus.

The role offers a 4-day workweek, optional overtime, and a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, HSA, 401k, life and disability insurance, tuition reimbursement, paid holidays and PTO.

Qualifications

Proven experience programming with LK Camio and Polyworks.
Background in manufacturing, machining or dimensional inspection.
Strong GD&T knowledge and blueprint reading.
Proficient with traditional precision tools and Faro Arm.
U.S. Citizenship or right to work in the U.S. is required.

Responsibilities

Write, tweak, and maintain CMM programs using LK Camio and Polyworks.
Run parts in production through the CMM to keep production moving.
Program confidently with or without CAD data.
Document program setups, label features, verify nominals, and report deviations.
