Job summary

Ingenium Talent partners with a fast-growing aerospace manufacturer north of Cincinnati, building advanced components for spacecraft. We are seeking an experienced CMM Programmer to join the team and help ensure precision on complex parts.

You will develop and run CMM programs using Metrologic and PC-DMIS, interpret drawings, GD&T, and CAD data, and train operators. The role offers the ability to choose shifts and contribute to high-precision manufacturing initiatives.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of CMM programming experience.
• Experience with Metrologic or PC-DMIS.
• Strong GD&T and blueprint-reading skills.
• Knowledge of AIAG Core Tools (PPAP, SPC, MSA, FMEA, APQP).
• Experience with precision measuring equipment and CAD data.
• PolyWorks and Faro Arm experience are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and run CMM programs using Metrologic, PC-DMIS, and related software.
• Perform dimensional layouts on metal and plastic components, assemblies, and fixtures.
• Generate customer-facing inspection reports and analyze measurement data.
• Interpret blueprints, CAD models, and GD&T requirements.
• Troubleshoot and improve existing programs and processes.
• Support metrology operations, Faro Arm measurements, fixture reviews, and quality initiatives.
• Train operators and communicate results to internal teams and customers.

I'm working with a rapidly growing aerospace manufacturer that's expanding into exciting new markets and investing heavily in advanced manufacturing technologies. This is located in a new state-of-the-art facility just north of Cincinnati, OH. Their work supports next-generation aerospace programs, including components used in advanced spacecraft applications.
