Job summary

Ultimate Staffing is hiring a CMM Programmer for a Tier 1 automotive supplier in Chesterfield, MI. This contract-to-hire role on 1st shift pays $25-35/hour with responsibilities to program and operate Zeiss CMMs using Calypso software, create reports, and oversee SPC charts.

Requirements include 2-3 years Calypso and Zeiss CMM programming/operation, GD&T knowledge, datums and SPC chart understanding, and PPAP/IATF 16949 experience. California Fair Chance Act language unrelated to role.

Qualifications

• Experience programming Zeiss CMMs and Calypso software.
• Strong GD&T knowledge and symbols.
• 2-3 years Calypso programming experience.
• 2-3 years programming/operating Zeiss CMMs.
• Understanding of datums, alignments and SPC charts.
• PPAP/IATF 16949 experience.

Ultimate Staffing is hiring for a CMM Programmer for our Tier 1 automotive supplier in Chesterfield, MI. The CMM Programmer role is contract-to-hire, 1st shift, $25-35/hour

• Program and operate Zeiss CMM's using Calypso software
• Create layout reports and SPC charts
• Perform hourly checks on parts needing SPC
• Knowledge of GD&T for small to mid-size metal stampings
• Strong GD&T knowledge and knowledge of GD&T symbols
• 2-3 years Calypso programming experience
• 2-3 years programming/operating Zeiss CMM machine
• Understanding of datums, alignments and SPC charts
• PPAP/IATF 16949 experience
