CMM Programmer
Location: Beverly, MA
Pay: $80-85k

Advance Quality and Precision in Manufacturing
Are you an experienced CMM Programmer with a strong background in GD&T, metrology, and precision inspection? We are seeking a detail-oriented professional to support new product development, quality assurance, and measurement system validation in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Create, validate, and troubleshoot CMM and vision system programs using engineering drawings and CAD models
- Perform dimensional inspections, First Article Inspections (FAIs), and measurement studies on precision components
- Interpret and apply GD&T principles to ensure compliance with product specifications
- Collaborate with Quality Engineering, Manufacturing, and Inspection teams to support product quality initiatives
- Perform critical measurements using gauges, fixtures, and precision inspection equipment
- Support tooling, fixture, and gage development projects
- Train inspectors and technicians on inspection methods and measurement systems
- Drive continuous improvement and process efficiency initiatives using Lean Manufacturing principles
Qualifications
- Experience programming CMMs and working with metrology systems in a manufacturing environment
- Advanced knowledge of GD&T and precision measurement techniques
- Strong ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and specifications
- Experience performing mechanical inspections on precision-machined components
- Familiarity with inspection equipment, quality systems, and ERP software
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office
- Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and organizational skills
