Job summary

TTM Technologies, Inc. is seeking a CMM Operator to measure and verify printed circuit boards in a high-production environment. You will set up and run the CMM, input dimensions into the electronic records system, and compare results to customer specs to ensure tolerance compliance.

Responsibilities include maintaining quality, upholding safety procedures, and cross-training across departments. A high school diploma and 1–2 years of manufacturing experience are preferred; GD&T certification

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required or preferred.
• 1-2 years manufacturing experience preferred, aerospace/AS9100/CMM a plus.
• Must read and understand English instructions, specs and shop orders.
• Ability to operate CMM and use hand tools, gauges, and simple measurement devices.
• Willingness to work overtime/weekends and cross-train in other areas.

Responsibilities

• Read and understand shop traveler and customer specifications.
• Set up and operate the Coordinate Measuring Machine (CMM).
• Run CMM and use gauges; enter data into electronic records system.
• Compare results to specs and determine acceptability.
• Report issues to management/engineering promptly.
• Maintain quality by following procedures and staying organized.
• Prepare area, materials, and maintain safe environment; observe PPE rules.
• Report accidents, near misses, and safety concerns immediately.
• Cross-train in other departments and learn other machinery.
