Qualifications

• 3 years of manufacturing related experience.
• Familiar with ANSI / ASME 14.5 GD&T standards.
• Experience with Calypso or PC-DMIS software preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operates and calibrates CMM, loads parts and fixtures, and aligns parts to programs.
• Performs machine verification and provides data to engineering.
• Inspects dimensions and cosmetic conformance of precision parts and assemblies.
• recalls tooling for periodic checks to confirm performance.
• Reads blueprints and lays out first run and production parts from drawings.
