Inspects tools, molds, design gauges, test stands, fixtures, templates, set-up devices, and related items for workmanship, material, completeness, and conformance to drawings or specifications. Inspects products, including first pieces, prototypes, and pre-production models, to evaluate and approve development and manufacturing processes.
