Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a CMM Machinist or similar role.
• Knowledge of CMM machine setup and operation.
• Familiarity with programming or willingness to learn to program.
• Experience with precision measuring tools.
• Strong understanding of blueprints and mechanical drawings.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and maintain CMM machines for drilling, grinding, milling, etc.
• Read blueprints and mechanical drawings to understand tasks.
• Translate instructions into machine commands for correct function.
• Load raw materials and parts onto machines.
• Supervise machines and adjust for quality improvements.
• Inspect finished products to ensure specifications.
• Maintain machinery daily and troubleshoot issues.
• Program CMM machines and adhere to safety protocols.
