Top Echelon Software, LLC in the Springfield, MA area seeks a CMM Programming Inspector on first or second shift. Direct-hire position with full benefits.

Knowledge of Hexagon CMMs and PC-DMIS is required; 5+ years of experience with complex precision machined components. Responsibilities include programming, setup and operation of Brown & Sharpe CMMs, blueprint review, and inspecting first, in-process, and final pieces.

Formación

• Minimum 5 years' experience in CMM inspection of close-toleranced parts in an AS9100/ISO9001 environment.
• Ability to program machines using PC-DMIS.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and operation sheets.
• Ability to operate CMM machines and manual inspection tools.
• Excellent attention to detail and precision.

Responsabilidades

• Program, set up, and operate Brown & Sharpe CMM machines using PC-DMIS.
• Review blueprints, drawing, and/or specifications for incoming parts
• Inspect first, in-process, and final pieces for precise conformance to specified dimensions
• Analyze any problems, initiating corrective action, and reporting results to Quality Manager
• Verify that machined parts meet specifications, identify and document any non-conforming pieces
• Updating production documentation for inspection parts status
• Communicate inspection results to Quality Manager and notify vendors of non-conformances
