Job summary

Evara Health in Clearwater, FL is seeking a Program Manager for the Children’s Mental Health Initiative (CMHI) to lead grant-funded activities, ensure compliance, and drive outcomes for children, adolescents, and families.

You will supervise staff, partner with clinical and community teams, monitor performance, and advance program sustainability within a mission-driven nonprofit that values growth and collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required.
• Minimum 3 years in behavioral health, care management, or related settings.
• Minimum 2 years of supervisory or program management experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee CMHI grant activities, deliverables, timelines and reporting.
• Develop workflows, policies and operational processes compliant with grant rules.
• Monitor program performance, quality metrics and outcomes.
• Lead collaborations with schools, clinics and community partners.
