Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Counseling or CACREP‑aligned program.
• Licensed in Oregon (e.g., LMFT/LPC) or eligible for licensure.
• 3+ years of experience in counseling/clinical field or higher education setting.
• Experience in program management, field placements, and CACREP‑aligned standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee mental health clinic operations and budget.
• Coordinate student field experiences, internships, and practicum placements.
• Liaise with CMHC Director, faculty, and staff to maintain site relationships.
• Ensure policy compliance with CACREP standards and ethical guidelines.
• Supervise clinic staff, student workers, and front desk operations.
