Job summary

WHOOP is seeking a CMF Designer II (Accessories & Apparel) to shape the visual language of WHOOP bands and accessories. You will craft color, material, and finish strategies, create premium renderings, and develop production-ready CMF specifications in collaboration with design, engineering, and supply chain teams.

You will drive seasonal aesthetic direction, build CMF systems, and maintain documentation to ensure consistency across product lines.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of CMF design, product design, or surface design in consumer products or wearables.
• Strong portfolio showing product-focused design, color, rendering.
• Proficiency in Illustrator/Photoshop and rendering tools (KeyShot/Blender).
• Experience creating high-quality renderings with attention to lighting and material accuracy.
• Familiarity with color, materials, and production processes for physical products.

Responsibilities

• Execute CMF design across WHOOP bands and accessories, defining color, material, finish, and surface treatments.
• Drive seasonal exploration through trend forecasting, mood boards, and storytelling for accessories.
• Create surface treatments, patterns, textures, and design details for product and storytelling.
• Produce high-quality product renderings for packaging and shop.whoop.com with material accuracy.
• Translate CMF intent into production-ready specifications with cross-functional teams.
• Build and maintain CMF systems, including color standards, lab dip tracking, and libraries.
• Manage and organize design files, rendering assets, and CMF documentation for consistency.
