Job summary

ASI Group is seeking a Business Systems Analyst to support the cMES platform and other ASI business systems. The role acts as the liaison between business, engineering, and vendors, gathering requirements, troubleshooting production issues, and supporting integrations across platforms.

Strong SQL skills and ability to translate business needs into technical solutions are essential. Reporting to the Director, Production Applications, the role may require occasional plant-floor presence for

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or related field; or equivalent experience.
4+ years MS SQL Server experience, ability to write and troubleshoot queries.
Experience with manufacturing/MES platforms and data models.
Strong communication and collaboration skills across teams.
Experience with system integrations/APIs and data flows.

Responsibilities

Serve as a business analyst for the cMES platform, translating needs into clear requirements and specifications.
Build and optimize MS SQL code; develop stored procedures, views, triggers, and jobs.
Troubleshoot production issues; coordinate with Engineering and vendors for timely resolution.
Maintain integrations between cMES and ERP/design systems; ensure data flows across platforms.
Develop and execute test plans and UAT for system changes and upgrades.
Document business processes, workflows, configurations, and support procedures.
