Position Overview

Title: Assistant Women’s Basketball Coach - Fall and Spring Semester stipend position

Responsibilities

The Assistant Women’s Basketball Coach assists the Head Coach and supports the day-to-day operations of the women’s basketball program. Key responsibilities include:

• Assisting with coaching duties, practices, and competitions
• Supporting recruitment and retention of student-athletes
• Creating a positive team culture and mentoring student-athletes academically and personally
• Ensuring compliance with policies
• Performing administrative tasks, coordinating travel, and representing the program on campus

Minimum Qualifications

Previous coaching and recruiting experience preferred. Must have a clean driving record.
