Description

Title: Assistant Women’s Basketball Coach - Fall and Spring Semester stipend position

Responsibilities: The Assistant Women’s Basketball Coach assists the Head Coach in supporting the day-to-day operations of the women’s basketball program. Key responsibilities include assisting with day-to-day coaching duties, helping to plan and facilitate practices and competitions, and supporting the recruitment and retention of student-athletes. The Assistant Coach will contribute to creating a positive team culture, mentor student-athletes in their academic and personal development, and ensure compliance with college, conference, and athletic department policies. This role also includes administrative tasks, travel coordination, and serving as a representative of the program within the campus community.

Minimum Qualifications: Previous coaching and recruiting experience preferred. Must have a clean driving record.
