Job summary

RayzeBio, a wholly owned subsidiary of Bristol Myers Squibb, seeks a Director of Site and CMC Program Management in Indianapolis. You will provide strategic leadership and oversee end-to-end CMC programs across site operations, quality, regulatory, and global teams.

You will build a high-impact PM capability, drive governance, KPIs, and risk mitigation to ensure patient-centered portfolio delivery and operational readiness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, chemistry, engineering, pharmaceutical sciences, business, or related field.
• Minimum of 10 years in pharma/biotech with program/CMC experience.
• Experience leading cross-functional, matrixed teams.
• Experience supporting CMC execution, manufacturing readiness, technology transfer, supply chain planning.
• Experience building PM capabilities, governance, dashboards and KPIs.
• Prior people management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead Indianapolis site strategic priorities and align with Product Development and Operations leadership.
• Build and lead the Program Management team, including planning capabilities, systems, governance routines, and KPIs.
• Oversee CMC portfolio delivery by partnering with global product teams and functions.
• Translate strategic priorities into integrated plans, timelines, and risk mitigation strategies.
• Promote governance forums with clear agendas, decisions, actions, owners, and follow-up.
