Job summary

Atrium Therapeutics is seeking a CMC Program Manager to coordinate Chemistry, Manufacturing, and Controls across our development portfolio. You will drive timelines, budgets, governance, and documentation to ensure successful progression from preclinical to commercialization.

Reporting to the Technical Product Lead, you will work with Technical Development, Manufacturing, Quality, Regulatory Affairs, Clinical Supply, and external CDMOs, chair CMC team meetings, and lead stage-gate governance for

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a science field required; advanced degree preferred.
• Experience managing complex cross-functional development programs.
• Familiarity with CMC development, regulatory submissions, and product lifecycle management.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and communicate integrated CMC development plans across programs.
• Drive planning, execution, and monitoring of CMC activities to milestones.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to align priorities and critical path.
• Identify risks, elevate issues, and mitigate proactively.
• Provide regular updates on status, timelines, and budget to leadership.
