Job summary

Marquee Staffing is seeking a Processing Technician I to support manufacturing operations involving prepregs, adhesives and ceramic matrix composites. You will assist with setup, operation and cleaning of industrial mixing, converting and processing equipment while collaborating with the Lead Operator to meet daily production goals.

The role requires attention to safety, quality and efficiency, with a focus on following detailed work instructions and SOPs.

Qualifications

Follow detailed work instructions, safety procedures and quality standards.
Basic math skills and strong attention to detail.
Effective communication, time management and problem-solving skills.
Mechanical and technical aptitude to operate manufacturing equipment.
Ability to make sound decisions and work well in a team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

Follow company policies, safety procedures and PPE usage.
Operate equipment per SOPs, quality standards and operating instructions.
Record process data from furnaces, kilns and presses.
Ensure ceramic fabric rolls are properly heat-cleaned and tested before coating.
Assist with laying up, sheeting and forming CMC materials into press loads.
Support kiln sintering and CNC/laser processing to meet specs.
Maintain 5S practices and clean, organized work areas.
