Job summary

Sanofi seeks a CMC Operational Planning & Capacity Manager in Framingham, MA to tailor and track CMC plans across R&D and M&S with global alignment. You will ensure accurate timelines, resources, and integration with cross-functional partners across Translational Medicine, Clinical Sciences and Regulatory Affairs.

You will regularly attend project team meetings, develop optimization scenarios, and provide capacity analyses to support decision-making and site allocation as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a scientific, technical or business field.
• 5+ years project planning/CMC ops experience in pharma/biotech.
• Experience with regulated industry contexts is required.

Responsibilities

• Act as single accountable planner for CMC projects with Planisware data.
• Provide workload, capacity analyses and scenario planning to optimize timelines and resources.
• Support risk management and cross-functional alignment with global planning.
• Collaborate with international teams and cross-functional CMC stakeholders.
• Attend CMC project team and governance meetings to track progress.
