Job summary

BCG Attorney Search in Palo Alto, CA seeks a Structured Finance Associate to join the finance group and handle CMBS transactions, real estate finance matters, and related corporate work.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of law-firm experience, a JD from an accredited school, and strong research, writing, and collaboration skills; AmLaw 100 experience is a plus but not required.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of law firm experience.
• Experience in commercial real estate finance, CMBS, or structured finance preferred.
• AmLaw 100 law firm experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to support case preparation.
• Draft briefs and contracts with clear, well-reasoned arguments.
• Assist in managing complex cases from inception to resolution.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Collaborate with colleagues to develop innovative strategies.
• Participate in trials and negotiations and ensure regulatory compliance.
