Job summary

BCG Attorney Search is seeking a Structured Finance Associate to join its finance group in Austin, TX. The role focuses on CMBS transactions and related real estate finance work.

You will conduct legal research, draft briefs and contracts, and support complex cases from inception to resolution, while building relationships with clients and colleagues. Growth opportunities and exposure to high-level matters await.

Qualifications

• JD degree from an accredited law school.
• Admitted to practice in the state of Texas.
• 2+ years in a law firm; CMBS/structured finance experience preferred.
• AmLaw 100 firm experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to support case preparation.
• Draft well-reasoned legal documents, including briefs and contracts.
• Assist in managing complex cases from inception to resolution.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Collaborate with colleagues to develop innovative strategies.
• Participate in high-level legal activities such as trials and negotiations.
• Ensure compliance with legal standards and regulations.
• Engage in professional development and community involvement.
