Job summary

BCG Attorney Search seeks a Structured Finance Associate to join its finance group in Dallas, TX. The role focuses on CMBS transactions and offers meaningful work and career growth.

You will conduct legal research, draft briefs and contracts, and help manage complex matters from inception to resolution. The ideal candidate has at least 2 years in a law firm, with experience in commercial real estate finance, CMBS, or structured finance preferred.

Qualifications

• JD degree from an accredited law school.
• Admitted to practice in the state of Texas.
• Experience in commercial real estate finance, CMBS, or structured finance preferred.
• AmLaw 100 law firm experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to support case preparation.
• Draft well-reasoned legal documents, including briefs and contracts.
• Assist in managing complex cases from inception to resolution.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Collaborate with colleagues to develop innovative strategies.
• Participate in high-level legal activities such as trials and negotiations.
